LATERALITY
Surfers could be REGULAR or GOOFY. When you are standing up on the board, if your front leg is your left leg you are regular. Otherwise, if your front leg is your right leg you are goofy. If you are not sure what you are, there are different exercise to know it.

2.2.Paddle (Start paddling on the board).
3.3.When we feel that the wave is pushing us, we have to stand up on the surf board. For that we have to:
3.1. Extend our arms in front of our chest.
3.2. Push the board with our knees and kneel on one leg.
3.3. Finally, stand up extending the other leg forward, powered by our arms.
